Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We know you’re excited to receive your order, so we aim to process all orders within one business day. You’ll get an email update within that timeframe to let you know your order is on its way! We ship using all the following services: UPS (United Parcel Service), DHL Express, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, and GLS (General Logistics Systems).

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $19.99. For orders under $19.99 or for expedited shipping options, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, making it easy to choose the option that best fits your needs. 

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If, however, you need to make a return, here’s how we can help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund for the order minus any return shipping costs. 

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at bellviewgoods@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll assess each case individually and do our best to make things right.
